Booking and Ticket Pre-Purchase

No Reservation Required for On-Site Payment

If you wish to purchase tickets directly at the ticket office, an online reservation is not necessary. Simply arrive at the entrance during opening hours to buy your ticket on site.

Only for agencies wishing to purchase tickets in advance, you may do so by completing the form available on this page. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email, which must be presented at the ticket office to collect your tickets.

Rates – the total will be automatically calculated in the designated section
• €10 per person for groups of up to 14 people

• €8 per person for groups of 15 people or more

Free Admission
The following visitors are entitled to free entry:
• Children up to 11 years old
• Guides, tour leaders, group escorts, and drivers
• Persons with disabilities who require assistance, along with one accompanying person
Payment Methods
You can choose between two payment methods:
• Advance bank transfer
The transfer must be made at least 3 days before the visit date, and the payment receipt must be uploaded in the designated section of the booking form.
Please note: In the case of payment by bank transfer, no refunds will be issued. However, if you are unable to attend on the selected date (due to weather or other reasons), the payment can be applied to a new date, to be agreed upon together.

• On-site payment on the day of the visit, directly at the ticket office (cash or credit card accepted)

It is mandatory to collect your tickets at the ticket office by presenting the confirmation email received after booking.

Ticket office hours – open daily:
Opening: 10:00 AM
Last entry: 6:30 PM

Closing: 7:00 PM

No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation or no-show.
